  • Leadership:
  • Directs the development and deployment of subject matter content applicable to clinical and operations corporate departments and field team members
  • Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to sites in support of clinical and operational goals and objectives and compliance with government regulations
  • Communicates processes, policies, and corporate vision effectively with site leadership
  • Creates an environment of clear accountability for site leadershipand takes accountability for his/her own results.
  • Provides thought leadership and maintains awareness of industry trends for member health management, ongoing development/management of quantitative and qualitative analysis, development of interventions, outcomes measurement and reporting.
  • Supervision
  • Provides direct supervision to Clinical Operations Specialist on a regional basis.
  • Provides supervision and support aligning with regional initiatives and specific Line of Service subject matter expertise.
  • Supports engagement, mentorship and professional growth for team members within the region and under direct supervision
  • Collaboration:
  • Understands the financial, business, and clinical requirements and implications of the lines of service and articulates them to other parts of the business
  • Actively participates in the development of product and site processes and project planning according to the scope of work ensuring operational efficiency and governmental compliance
  • Participates in site assessments and gap analysis and provides recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed
  • Facilitates and/or participates in project meetings with corporate and site leadership to prepare for implementation/execution of corporate policy
  • Solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions.
  • Coordination:
  • Responsible for the completion of all tasks in Project Plan designated as responsibility of the Clinical Operations Support Director in preparation, implementation and follow up as needed
  • Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks
  • Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates
  • Drives integration across products, disciplines, and lines of service
  • Employee On-boarding:
  • Participates in implementation of product-related services and programs
  • Supports training of team members delivering or supporting the product
  • Consultation:
  • Provides consultative guidance and perspective to sites and to clients for issues related to subject matter expertise and operational processes
  • Collaborates with site leadership on issues related to SME deliverables and operational optimization
  • Provides support to sales, operations, and strategy teams to drive business development
  • Provides expert guidance on implementation procedures
  • Other:
  • Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practice acts, practice law, certification requirements etc.
  • Support Medical Operations, Sales, Reporting, Procurement, Credentialing, Clinical Applications Delivery, and other internal teams as needed
  • Work with the Clinical Operations Support Team to support Lines of Service.
  • Provides for engagement, mentorship and professional growth for site team members in collaboration with the Director of Client Operations.

  • Licensed in a Health care field as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Bachelor of Science and Masters
  • 7+ years of clinical experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Member Health Management, Population Health, or Condition Management
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate complex health/medical principles and procedures in simple layman's language
  • Ability to analyze data to drive clinical and operational improvement
  • Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations
  • Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically occupational Electronic Medical Record ( EMR etc.), preferred
