Directs the development and deployment of subject matter content applicable to clinical and operations corporate departments and field team members

Support Medical Operations, Sales, Reporting, Procurement, Credentialing, Clinical Applications Delivery, and other internal teams as needed
Work with the Clinical Operations Support Team to support Lines of Service.
Provides for engagement, mentorship and professional growth for site team members in collaboration with the Director of Client Operations.
Licensed in a Health care field as a Nurse Practitioner
Bachelor of Science and Masters
7+ years of clinical experience
5+ years' experience in Member Health Management, Population Health, or Condition Management
Experience working in a virtual or remote environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate complex health/medical principles and procedures in simple layman's language
Ability to analyze data to drive clinical and operational improvement
Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations
Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically occupational Electronic Medical Record ( EMR etc.), preferred
