Gather requirements and understand the data needs of internal and external customers. Develop and document features and user stories for data provisioning. The approach will take advantage of consistent data and reporting standards, aligned to Data Services Data Governance and Master Data Management guidelines. Monitor and discover trends with particular emphasis on those impacted by new product releases, operational changes and new data collection techniques. Pilot strategic analyses using existing and new data sources, of both internal and external origin, and position them to be incorporated into enterprise platforms. Identify existing reports and/or processes for automation opportunities. Act as the Sr. Data Analyst on projects requiring Agile methodology. Compile some semi-automated reports on demand. Generate detailed, complex analyses and provide concise, insightful executive summaries from business questions. Develop and execute plans to perform user acceptance testing and quality control essential to the deployment of reports and business information solutions. Occasionally supervise and verify work done by other staff. Any other related activities as assigned. Required Skills:* Five to seven years of demonstrated proficiency with data analysis required. Preferred Skills:* - Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and expertise in SQL standards and best practices - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Experience with data modeling, database development to support data transformation and loading processes - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business domains and technologies - Strong problem-solving skills - Delivery mindset - Experience with Agile - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects and information - Able to function both with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented unit - Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Education/Certifications:* Master s or Bachelor s degrees in mathematics, statistics, or computer or data science preferred or deep experience in data management. - provided by Dice
